Irving, Texas, City Manager Tommy Gonzalez will leave the city in a good position for economic growth because of his work on projects such as an entertainment center and easing alcohol law, real estate executive Mark Dickenson says. "Going forward, the city of Irving has an opportunity to really reap the benefits of a vastly improved economy," Dickenson said. Gonzalez is set to leave his position in October.
