Comedy Central is presenting a five-day festival entirely on Twitter, featuring video clips and jokes posted under the hashtag #ComedyFest. The virtual event reflects Twitter's changing role as a second screen for TV watching to a video destination all its own, via its Vine video-sharing service. "It's not just hashtags appearing on your TV screen, but TV content appearing in your Twitter feed," said eMarketer social media analyst Debra Aho Williamson.
