The majority of Vermont's government-aid cases related to the remnants of Hurricane Irene should be resolved toward the end of summer, according to a report from Gov. Peter Shumlin. "Fortunately, many dedicated local, state, federal and private partners continue to make great strides toward completing the recovery," said Dave Rapaport, the state's former Irene recovery officer.
