As the leader of your company, you shouldn't overreact if new employees get off to a shaky start, writes Avery Augustine. "[R]emember that meeting a new boss and team for the first time can be intimidating, and nervous chatter can easily turn into a regrettable foot-in-mouth situation," she writes.
