Crews from Messer Construction are grinding up floors, basements and foundations at the site of Lima Energy's new gasification plant in Ohio. The recycled concrete will be used as material for new structures at the site. The 63-acre, $2 billion project will create an ultraclean plant to convert solid hydrocarbons into fuel gas, and a Technology Innovation Center that will include a clean-tech showroom.
