A 13-year-old quadruple amputee and his brother have launched a website to raise $1 million for amputee victims of the Boston Marathon bombings. Harris and Michael Stolzenberg have partnered with the Scott Rigsby Foundation to ensure that the money they raise -- $12,000 as of Wednesday, a day after the site launched -- will go to the victims. Michael lost his limbs to a bacterial infection when he was 8.
