AT&T introduced a new brand for its prepaid customers, Aio Wireless, in order to pursue more data-centric subscribers in the category. AT&T will establish Aio-branded retail outlets in marketers where the carrier expects to land most of its business, though the service will offer nationwide coverage. "Traditionally, value customers were more voice- and text-oriented, but they are shifting to more data use," said Jennifer Van Buskirk, president of Aio Wireless.
