Fisher Communications in Q1 saw its TV revenue rise 12% -- to $32.6 million -- compared with the same period last year. The growth was fueled by increases in auto, financial services and retail ads, as well as an 82% jump in retransmission-consent fees. Fisher, which is being acquired by Sinclair Broadcast Group for $373 million, also reported a 9% drop in radio revenue to $4.3 million.
