A bipartisan group of House lawmakers will finish drafting a bill to overhaul immigration after the group came to an agreement Thursday. Negotiators had been at odds over health care for those granted legal status under the bill, as well as limits on guest worker visas. The full Senate could take up its version next month but "there are going to be a lot of differences in a lot of areas" between the two bills, said Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart, R-Florida.
