Many women find themselves working longer hours to do all that they need to do, but this pattern eventually leads to negative outcomes for women and their companies, writes Nicky Little. To leave work on time, try to schedule difficult tasks in the first part of the day so they receive plenty of energy, block out time for breaks such as taking a 20-minute walk to recharge, and delegate or minimize tasks that you don't enjoy so you can focus on those you do. "Often the things you do best are the things you love most," Little writes.
