Johnson & Johnson launched an application that links causes and social sharing by donating a dollar to a charity of choice on behalf of the photographer when users pass a photo along. The photos are digitally stamped with a phrase indicating what cause the photo is support, alongside the Johnson & Johnson logo. J&J's activation of the program has been successful, as thousands of photos have been shared since the app launched at the end of March.
