A report in the American College of Sports Medicine's Health & Fitness Journal shows 12 exercises that use just body weight, a chair and a wall to create a regimen equal to a high-intensity workout. Co-author Chris Jordan of the Human Performance Institute in Orlando, Fla., says the whole workout is done in seven minutes, but the intensity level is at an 8 out of 10 on a discomfort scale.
