The final section of the spire on top of One World Trade Center in New York has been placed, moving the 1,776-foot-tall building closer to completion. The Durst Organization, which is handling management and leasing for the building, is looking for broadcast tenants and is promising technology that will be "future-proof and viable for the next 50 to 70 years," according to John Lyons, Durst's director of broadcast communications.
