Many people do not eat enough healthy fish because it is not part of their regular routine or they are unsure how to prepare it, registered dietitian Samara Foisy writes. To start adding more fish to the menu, Foisy advises people to buy fish varieties they enjoy and to grill, bake or broil them with favorite toppings, as well as to opt for canned or frozen options that are easy to prepare.
