Some 80 million Americans plan to dine out to celebrate Mother's Day this weekend, a high-traffic holiday that has restaurateurs devising plans to avoid long waits. "On Mother's Day we don't feel right making mothers wait, so everything is reservation and that's a Rubik's Cube. If one mother doesn't get up in time, is that going to upset another mother. So on a day when we should be turning tables it just slows us down," said Portland, Ore., restaurateur Lisa Schroeder.
