The Data Alliance Collaborative has been formed through the partnership of Premier health care alliance, IBM and four health systems. The group aims to ensure providers will have access to business intelligence and data analytics that can help them boost population health. "Sharing assets and testing new and innovative ways to use analytics will help us achieve system-wide change that positively impacts quality, cost and the care experience," said DAC Chair Terry Carroll, senior vice president of transformation and chief information officer for Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis.
