AT&T could team up with the Chernin Group, led by ex-News Corp. executive Peter Chernin, to bid on video site Hulu. AT&T's reasons for a possible offer could be to improve its TV Everywhere content for its U-verse service, as well as to test its "toll-free" mobile data plan, GigaOm's Kevin Fitchard writes. DIRECTV, Time Warner Cable, Guggenheim Partners and Yahoo are also reportedly interested in Hulu.
