DDR Corp. has acquired a retail center in the Dallas area for $40 million. The 400,000-square-foot Marketplace at Highland Village is 90% occupied by tenants that include Wal-Mart, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Petco, LA Fitness and Office Depot.
Phillips Edison-ARC Shopping Center REIT has secured a $40 million senior secured revolving credit facility with KeyBank National Association. It plans to use the proceeds to acquire grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers.
Behringer Harvard has sold the Mariposa Lofts Apartments, a 253-unit multifamily apartment in the Atlanta area, for $40 million. The buyer of the property has not been identified. It assumed a $16 million mortgage note as part of the transaction.
