Financial advisers will need to make more skillful use of technology if they are to attract the business of Generation Y, individuals born in the 20 years prior to 2000, said Ron DeCicco, CEO of the consulting firm Pershing. "Are you easy to do business with on the Web?" DeCicco said. "If you aren't, future Gen Y prospects may not even give you a look."
