Facebook is poised to launch a video-sharing service built on its Instagram platform, according to a source. The social network appears set to announce the product at an event this week, and has reportedly been privately testing a service that would let Instagram users share 5- to 10-second video clips. That might make Instagram more popular with users and more attractive to advertisers, Ingrid Lunden writes.
