President Barack Obama drew criticism from House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, for his inaction on TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline. The project is the country's "new economic frontier, just as the Internet was in the 1990s," Boehner said during a National Association of Manufacturers forum. "We need to green-light the Keystone pipeline, and we need to expand production of our resources -- onshore and offshore."
