Younger corporate buyers are more likely to make purchases online and tend to spend more time performing research than older buyers, according to a study by Acquity Group. In addition, the study indicated that the majority of younger purchasers had used Amazon Supply. "This trend of online purchasing continues to rise and B2B suppliers must have an online presence that promotes familiarity and research capabilities, or consumers will go elsewhere," said Robert Barr of Acquity Group.
