Nine out of 10 employees with workplace health benefits and retirement-savings plans reported feeling some level of stress about their finances, according to a Bank of America Merrill Lynch survey. The findings surprised the study authors, who said they weren't expecting to find such widespread unease over finances among employees with employer-sponsored retirement and health plans. The report recommends employers show their workers how to maximize benefit plans and supply one-on-one advice.
