A&E Networks says it is using location technology to help advertisers on its mobile products to channel marketing to consumers at the most relevant time. "I think we're still learning along with the rest of the industry about the best way to [segment by location]. For a nationwide broadcaster that has lots of different cities that we want to target, there's lots of interesting things you can do with on-demand programming," said Noah Vadnai, A&E vice president of mobile and emerging platforms.
