Getting launches right is key to Netflix's programming strategy, which has helped the company recoup most of the losses surrounding its botched subscription price-increase two years ago. "This will be a successful night if we are here at midnight and it turns out that we really didn't need to be because there were no problems," says executive Yury Izrailevsky.
