The U.S. Department of Justice in a settlement with Louisiana Tech University said the university cannot use digital materials -- websites, instructional materials and online courses, and other electronic and informational technology for use by students or prospective students -- that are inaccessible to individuals with disabilities. Some experts say this -- and other recent cases -- signal a bigger trend of expanded accessibility on college campuses.
