People should think carefully before naming-and-shaming others on social channels, writes Laura Hudson. What begins as a snide tweet can easily flare up into a social media firestorm that can cost people their livelihoods. "Increasingly, our failure to grasp our online power has become a liability -- personally, professionally, and morally. We need to think twice before we unleash it," Hudson writes.
