A study by the Migration Policy Institute shows that the so-called "immigrant paradox" -- a term that refers to children from immigrant families who are outperforming their U.S.-born peers of the same ethnicity -- does not hold up among younger children, education reporter Lesli Maxwell writes in this blog post.
