Having an engaged workforce is an admirable goal, but not every company needs to make it a priority, Paul Hebert writes. Certain companies can run perfectly fine with employees who just show up. "Sometimes it is just okay to have employee[s] that are happy to collect the Benjamin's, go home, crack a beer and watch the Fly Fishing Channel," Hebert writes.
