Just 10% of chief information officers and chief marketing officers say the two executives sufficiently collaborate at their organization, according to a new Accenture study. The desire to work together is slightly slanted, with 77% of tech execs saying cooperation is important, but only 57% of marketing execs agreeing. Both view technology as essential, but 36% of CMOs say IT products fall short while 46% of CMOs say marketers don't give enough information to create proper deliverables.
