Some 46% of advertising agency leaders say LinkedIn is the "most important" social media site for creating new business, beating out blogs, Facebook and Twitter, according to a poll from RSW/US. The poll found that 92% of agency leaders use social media to generate new business, up from 58% in 2009. LinkedIn benefits by being more "top of mind" and "corporate," while requiring less continual effort, RSW/US President Mark Sneider said.
