Millennial workers most often jump ship because they seek greater meaning from their job and more opportunity to grow, new research reveals. Generation Y workers, those 18 to 32, leave employers at a far greater rate than their older colleagues, research firm Millennial Branding found. "Millennials want meaningful work, they want to do things that are making an impact and if they're not in a good environment where they can do that, they're always going to be looking for something else," says Dan Schawbel, Millennial Branding founder.
