TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline is in the U.S. national interest, according to a resolution filed by Sens. John Hoeven, R-N.D., and Mary Landrieu, D-La. "We are introducing this measure in addition to bipartisan legislation I authored with Sen. Landrieu that would approve the project congressionally," Hoeven said. "The administration has been reviewing the Keystone XL pipeline project for five years, and now we need to push on all fronts to get it approved as soon as possible for the good of the nation."
