Teachers at the Green Primary School in Ohio are using Lego Education with the summer reading program called SWAG, or Students With A Goal. Students have spent time building with the blocks to connect with books, have fun reading and avoid summer slide. The program, which includes the computer-assisted Lego Literacy, was tested as a pilot this summer before being rolled into the school's curriculum this fall, second-grade teacher Tammy DeDominickis said.
