Topics covered include function structure, staffing, budgeting, the involvement of the board of directors, risk analysis and quantification techniques, technology use and the design and implementation of enterprise risk management programs. Respondents were asked to comment on outsourcing, policy statements and annual reports, performance metrics and challenges facing the profession.
