Under increasing pressure from digital brands and technology companies, creative agencies are seeing high executive turnover as they press hard to adapt. In the past 12 months, eight agency heads in North America have been appointed and at least six more C-level positions are up for grabs, according to this report. There is "significant pressure" on the industry and "a lot less patience for lack of delivery, and I think it's a good thing," said Havas Global President Andrew Benett.
