Tiffany McIntyre of Ocala, Fla., received a sentence of three years in federal prison and an order to pay the government $128,051 for her engagement in health care fraud and identity theft. According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida, McIntyre used her business, a home for adults unable to live by themselves, to submit false billings to Medicaid, claiming to have provided services to patients whose identities she used. McIntyre made a guilty plea on June 3 and was sentenced Wednesday.
