A traditional path to employment -- high school, college and job -- isn't the only path to STEM jobs, according to Jamai Blivin, founder and CEO of Innovate + Educate. Her group is working to develop alternative paths to employment. "So we believe a new world of work is a pathway that can go from internships to an early level job then to community college, for example -- a different pathway that we have to have so employers recognize that not everyone comes out with a four-year degree immediately."
