There's plenty of advice available about how to work with members of Generation Y, but the truth is that it's quite difficult to make accurate generalizations about such a large group of people. Still, if you lead a young team, you may be able to help your employees reach their potential by expressing your gratitude for their work and getting to know them as individuals.
