To make faculty meetings more meaningful, principal Peter DeWitt writes in this blog post that he and his advisory committee have developed a "faculty focus" to help them work as a group to tackle important topics, such as evidence-based evaluations and common goals for the school year. "A faculty focus will bring our collective thoughts together and hopefully, help us (teachers, students and administrators) become even better in our practices," he writes.
