The Baltimore Board of Liquor License Commissioners says it will cut staff, increase supervision and add work rules, such as computerizing records and eliminating work-from-home options, amid criticism from the Maryland General Assembly after an audit revealed problems including a lax work ethic, mismanagement and a lack of enforcement. "We're changing everything," board Chairman Stephan Fogleman said.
