Journal Broadcast Group stations in four markets continue to be blacked out for Time Warner Cable customers because of a retransmission-consent standoff that began July 25. Negotiations this week failed to yield a new agreement, but Journal Broadcast has pledged to continue good-faith talks so that Time Warner Cable customers "will once again be able to see the quality local news, entertainment and information-based programming on our stations."
