Midrange health insurance coverage under the Affordable Care Act will average about $300 per month for people aged 21 to 40, although lower-priced options will be available on state health insurance exchanges and tax credits may also bring down premium costs, according to two separate studies. "We are seeing competitive offerings in every market if you buy toward the low end of what's available," said Caroline Pearson of Avalere, which conducted one of the studies.
