Fall flavors have arrived at Spindini in Memphis as red wines gain popularity and thoughts turn to Thanksgiving and apple pie, says Spindini bartender Dave Silver in this interview. Silver created an "appledini" for the restaurant that mixes Bailey's caramel and Stoli Gala Apple vodka. Good bartending requires consistent, timely drinks and "a positive attitude no matter how your day is going," Silver said.
