There's a difference between pressure and stress, expert Derek Roger says. Pressure is demand to perform, which one faces every day. Pressure can be turned into stress by ruminating about it, which causes adrenalin and cortisol to rise. Roger provides a four-step process for dealing with stress, such as getting in touch with one's senses and putting oneself in the present.
