More than half of the people who tried to use an Affordable Care Act health insurance exchange said the sites had been easy to use, and 40% said the sites had been difficult to use, according to a Pew Research Center survey of 1,503 U.S. adults conducted during the second week the exchanges were open. Sixty-five percent of the uninsured respondents said they plan to get health coverage within the next six months.
