The pressure will be on for Western Neon today when the 12-foot-high "R" it crafted for Rainier Brewing in Seattle is put in place and plugged in, recreating an earlier age before the original iconic letter was replaced with a "T" for Tully's Coffee 13 years ago. The first "R" lit up the city skyline for nearly 50 years before being retired to Seattle's Museum of History and Industry.
