Kellogg is launching Chocolate Frosted Flakes next month after collaborating with consumers to formulate the recipe. "Kellogg's developed this cereal by working with fans to create the perfect chocolatey frosting from scratch by testing how different cocoas interact with the cereal flake and the milk left at the bottom of the bowl," said a Kellogg representative.
Nestle has pledged that the broiler chickens sourced for its food products will meet the standards outlined in the Global Animal Partnership by 2024. "This matters to our consumers who expect affordable, high quality foods without comprising on animal welfare, and it matters to us," said Nestle USA CEO Paul Grimwood.
Forto Coffee has partnered with The Hershey Company to release a chocolate-flavored cold-brew coffee shot. The reduced-caffeine offering will join Forto's other new variety, Pure Black Espresso, on shelves Nov. 1.
Ocean Spray is bringing a three-flavor line of ready-to-drink, organic cranberry juice blends to market. In addition the company is rolling out an unsweetened cranberry juice option that logs 60 calories for each eight-ounce serving.
