Insights gathered from purchase information and surveys by Kroger's 84.51° data science firm show one in 10 customers are now omni shoppers alternating between in-store shopping and online ordering, and all indications show that trend is likely to keep growing. "Long term, we all need to be considering the customer to be an omnichannel customer. Only more and more customers are going to become hybrid," said Barbara Connors of 84.51°.
