In his fourth cookbook, "Peace, Love, and Pasta: Simple and Elegant Recipes From a Chef's Home Kitchen," chef and Culinary Institute of America alum Scott Conant collects recipes from his past and present and shows how he prepares them with his family in the kitchen of his Scottsdale, Ariz., home. The book features Turkish recipes in honor of his wife's heritage, as well as dishes inspired by family recipes and meals Conant has served throughout his career.
